At Twinkmark, we strive to deliver high-quality visual production services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased through our website.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Service-Based Policy

Twinkmark provides professional creative services including video production, photography, motion graphics, and digital design. Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are handled according to the stage of the project and the work already completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started.
  • The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Twinkmark is unable to deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the project has already begun, refunds may be issued partially depending on the amount of work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The project has been completed and delivered.
  • The client has approved the final work.
  • Delays caused by the client, including late responses or missing materials.
  • Change of mind after work has already started.

4. Revision Policy

Most of our service packages include a limited number of revisions. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed project requirements, clients may request revisions within the revision limit specified in the package.

Additional revisions beyond the included limit may incur extra charges.

5. Return of Delivered Materials

Since our services involve digital content creation, physical returns are not applicable. All final deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

7. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation before work begins. If the project has already started, cancellation may result in partial charges based on completed work.
